Première édition illustrée par Lissitzky tirée à un nombre indéterminé d’exemplaires. Elle contient, entre autres, 13 des poèmes les plus populaires de Maïakovski. Parmi eux figure la Troisième Internationale qu'il fallait réciter à haute voix, d'où le titre. “Lissitzky, who was born and worked in Russia, lived in Berlin from 1921 to 1925, where he played the role of ambassador of Constructivism, actively supporting its transformation into an international movement […] The printed page occupied a prominent place in his work. His design for a book entitled Suprematisticheskii skaz pro 2 kvadrata v 6ti postroikah (Suprematist Story about Two Squares in six Constructions) and his layout for Mayakovsky’s poem Dlia golossa (For the Voice), both published in Berlin in 1922, became landmarks in the history of avant-garde page design” (Andel 157).
