A LARGE GROUP OF PALESTINIAN POTTERY VESSELS, including an early Bronze Age juglet with twin pierced lug handles on the shoulder, the spherical body with red painted lattice-work decoration on white slip; another similar, with linear decoration -- 4¼in. (10.8cm.) high av., both 3rd millennium B.C. ; a shallow bowl on tripod hooved feet -- 2 3/8in. (6cm.) high; and a coarse pottery handled cup, with central panel of punched dots with knop at either side -- 3½in. (9cm.) high; a pair of bronze hollow votive feet and lower legs -- 4½in. (11.5cm.) high av., circa 1st Century A.D. ; a Persian turquoise glazed sarcophagus clay mask, the oval form moulded with human head wearing pillared headdress, worn -- 6in. (15.2cm.) high, 1st-3rd Century A.D. ; three calcite mace heads -- 2 5/8in. (6.7cm.) high max.; and a terracotta moulded plaque with figure of bearded god, wearing horned headdress, repaired -- 6¾in.
