Monroe") to Mr. Myers, Richmond, 17 March 1800. 1 page, 4to, with integral address leaf, some browning , otherwise very fine. Monroe requests an immediate loan of $500 or $1000. He writes, "the money will be repaid in the time agreed on, and I am willing to make such acknowledgement for the accomodation as will be desired." -- ADAMS, John Quincy Partly printed check endorsed and signed on verso ("J.Q. Adams"), Washington, 19 December 1829. 1 page, 3 3/16 x 6 11/16 in., check on the Bank of the United States, several small holes . Adams endorses a check for $63.55 "Pay the contents to order of Charles March." -- TYLER, John. Autograph letter signed ("John Tyler") to his son Robert Tyler n.p., n.d. [Saturday]. 1 page, 4to, address on verso, browning, 2¼ x 1¼ in. chip on right side affecting a few words . Tyler informs his son, who is at school in Williamsburg, of a recent public criticism and notes, "I mention the incident ... to let you know how eagerly your steps ... are watched as are those of the other members of my family." -- TYLER, John. Endorsement signed ("John Tyler"), countersigned by 4 others, n.p., 29 June [1834]. Signature on the verso of a manuscript document, a promisary note from W.H. Tyler, Richmond, 30 April, 1834. 1 page, 3 1/8 x 8 in. A nice dark Tyler signature. -- FILLMORE, Millard. Card signed ("Millard Fillmore"), Buffalo, 27 September 1872. 1 card, 2¼ x 3½ in., minor staining . -- JOHNSON, Andrew.
