I believe it should still be possible by pursuing the kind of policy I have outlined in the Evening Standard of today, to arrest the onward march of Dictators and prevent a war', one page, 4to ; [ with ] a telegram from Churchill to Cummings, 27 February 1943, expressing thanks.
