Provenance : Blaise and Raymone Cendrars (holograph note, laid-in, from Braque to Cendrars, dated Paris, 21 January 1948, discussing plans to meet and an incident: ‘tout va bien l’incident a été sans suite, un peu de sport c’est tout...’).
