Louis Roederer, Cristal Rose Brut 1989 Louis Roederer, Cristal Rose Brut 1989 Packed in individual gift cartons Lot 6236 6 bts (oc) per lot: HKD 20000-30000 per lot: USD 2500-3750 Blend: 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay Vinification: 20% of the wines vinified in oak barrels with weekly batonnage. No malolactic fermentation. To create Rose champagnes, Louis Roederer still uses the saignee method (letting the skin contact with the red grapes create the colour rather than the addition of red wine) after cold maceration that can last 5 to 8 days. Ageing: average period of 6 years on the lees plus an additional 8 months after disgorgement Dosage: 11-12 grams per litre Quantity: 1
