Britain & Ireland & Prince Christian of Schleswig Holstein. Born 6 t h May 1870. Copied on china by E. Eckardt.' on porcelain, stamped 'K.P.M' oval, 3¾ in. (95 mm.) high A typed note by Dr G.C. Williamson accompanying this miniature identifies the sitter as Princess Helena Victoria. Dr Williamson compiled a catalogue of the miniatures in the collection of Princesses Marie Louise and Helena Victoria in 1924.
