Highlights include a ninth plate daguerreotype of a lovely young woman wearing an elaborately trimmed bonnet and holding a lace fan by Rees & Co.; a striking ninth plate daguerreotype of a gentleman with full mutton chops, credited to Holmes; a sixth plate ambrotype of a mustachioed fellow wearing a wide-brimmed hat by Rogers; and a quarter plate ambrotype of a brooding little boy taken by Cooper.
