Burghers, numerous diagrams in text. Folio, contemporary calf, some rubbing to spine, small hole in back cover. FIRST COMPLETE EDITION. Honeyman I, 120. 400 copies were printed. First complete edition of the eight books of Apollonius, edited by Edmund Halley, containing the editio princeps of the first four books in the original Greek. The three following books were added in Latin translation from the Arabic with a conjectural restoration of the lost eighth book.
