WINSTON SPENCER CHURCHILL (1874-1965); FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT (1882-1945); LORD BEAVERBROOK (1879-1964); HARRY HOPKINS (1890-1946) & ASSOCIATES Two leaves of a small 4° album, hinged with paper to form a single page, signed: "Franklin D. Roosevelt," "Beaverbrook," "Winston. S. Churchill" and "Harry Hopkins," the verso contains six autographs, including those of General Dill, Lord Cherwell and Sir John Martin The second page contains twelve autographs including those of Averell Harriman and Dudley Pound. With another loose 4° album leaf autographed by General Dill, General Sir Alan Brooke, Averell Harriman, Anthony Eden and others, the majority dated November 1943. Also included in the lot is a photograph of Sir Winston Churchill on board ship with his secretary and his wife, signed: "A Happy Christmas from Clementine Churchill" (mounted on card), 6¼ x 4¼in., and a head and shoulders portrait photograph of Mr. Mark Pinfield. (a lot) Provenance: Mr. Mark Pinfield, chief steward to Winston Churchill during the war, by direct descent.
