Lambert, late Professor of Assyriology, University of Birmingham, 1970-1993, which states: "Cylinder Seal of Bitumen 32 x 12 mm. The decorated area is divided into a major register, and a narrow band above it, from which it is separated by a ruling. Rulings also occur at top and bottom of the whole. The scene shows a standing man in longish robe raising one hand to a facing horse. A standing bird with raised wings above a tree with three crowns forms a terminal. The narrow band is filled with a frieze of eight plants or similar depictions. The seal is from south-west Iran and
