Worked on a purple gauze ground with eight writhing dragons amidst clusters of Buddhist and Daoist emblems all above lishui stripe, with gold stripe sleeve extensions and matching cuffs. Light blue robe: Areas of soiling at top of arm under arm pits and along back seam. Lining deteriorated. Fading. Purple Robe: quite faded on the front, not on the back. Small stains by arm pit. Small stains to cuffs. Not lined. Blue Robe: Light fading. Some wear to sleeve area.
