Major-General Sir Thomas Munro 1st Baronet KCB (1761–1827) was a Scottish soldier and colonial administrator. He was an East India Company Army officer and statesman. He served as Governor of Madras from 1820 until his death from cholera in 1827. Lot Amendments Condition: Bindings lightly worn; ownership signatures on title pages; light foxing; very good.
