THREE SILVER-MOUNTED IVORY PAPER KNIVES ONE MARK OF SAUNDERS AND SHEPHERD, BIRMINGHAM, 1898, ONE MARK OF CHARLES JAMES FOX, LONDON, 1899 AND ONE MARK OF CRISFORD & NORRIS, BIRMINGHAM, 1901 The first with tusk handle, the third with silver tusk-shaped handle; also a 9 carat gold-capped malacca cane, Sheffield, 1911, with horn tip, inscribed R.W.P. FROM A.B.F., JULY 27, 1922 and engraved with a crest of a pelican in her piety, charged with a fleur-de-lys; and a Chinese Export gold-capped ivory cane engraved to top with monogram, mark of Kwong Man Shing of Hong Kong, circa 1900 IMPORTANT NOTICE ON LOTS CONTAINING IVORY: The USA has recently changed its policy on the import of property containing elephant ivory.
