The Lawn Tennis Championships, Tuesday, June 24th, 1919, programme for the early rounds, printed on a large folding sheet (total sheet size 20 x 25in, light soiling along crease marks) and with 4 others from 1921-23 in a similar format (a few lightly soiled, several with later results added in ink); together with 17 programmes from 1924-35 in the new bound format, all with their original printed wrappers, 10 x 12.25in (1924 with a small hole through the upper wrapper, 1935 soiled); sold with a small group of ephemera relating to tennis matches in England and Europe, several pieces relating to the sale of shares in the All England Lawn Tennis Ground in 1920, and a notepad with hinged brass covers, the upper cover embossed with 2 tennis rackets and three balls, surrounded by a floral wreath (rubbed).
