Full vellum, gilt morocco cover & spine labels, top edge gilt. No. 483 of 1500 copies, signed by Woollcott. (Spine a bit darkened, top margins of paper rippled a bit, likely from the gilding of the top edges.) 1st ed. NY: Viking, 1935. Woollcott's Second Reader. Full vellum, gilt morocco cover & spine labels, top edge gilt. No. 76 of 1500 copies, signed by Woollcott. (Spine a bit darkened.) 1st ed. NY: Viking, 1937. Verdun Belle. Original published under the title "Two Gentlemen and a Lady." Illustrated by Edwina. Inscribed and signed by Woollcott to Marcella Burns Hahner; card laid in from Edward Ketchum noting Mr. Woollcott wanted to personally inscribe the volume. Seasonal gift by the publisher. NY: Grosset & Dunlap, Full morocco, slipcase (volume spine ends worn.) [1934]. Our Lady's Juggler: An Antique Legend as Retold for the Air. Tan cloth lettered in gilt. One of 30 copies printed at the Quercus Press, San Mateo, 1937. The Letters of Alexander Woollcott. Edited by Beatrice Kaufman & Joseph Hennessey. 2 volumes. Cloth-backed boards, top edges gilt. Both inscribed and signed by Hennessey, 2nd signed by Kaufman as well. No. 47 of 262 copies. 1st edition. NY: Viking, 1944. The Whistler's Room. Translated from the German of Paul Alverdes by Basil Creighton. Silk boards, leather spine label, slipcase (volume spine faded a bit). No. 10 of 75 copies designed by Frederic Warde.
