Four parts [all published], folio, black levant morocco gilt, original grey wrappers (except part 4, upper wrapper) bound in, title gilt-stamped on upper cover and spine, t.e.g., others uncut, by Morrell, upper joint partly broken, some wear to covers, foxing and offsetting, a few stains, one plate torn, backed and repaired . FIRST EDITION, 12 colored aquatint plates by Smart and Hunt after Pyne, three copies of original prospectus (each 1 p. 8vo) tipped in at end. VERY RARE. Only the first four parts of an intended 12 were published. Not in Abbey, Tooley nor the British Museum Catalogue.
