It entitled the purchaser to "whatever prize may be drawn against its Number in the Mountain Road lottery." -- LINCOLN, ABRAHAM. Autograph endorsement signed ("A.Lincoln"), [Washington, D.C.], ___________. 1 page, on an oblong card . The President frees a prisoner: "Let this boy take the oath of December 8 and be released. A.
