PRESIDENTS]. A collection of documents, endorsements signed and signatures (many on White House cards), of Presidents from Washington through Reagan. CONTENTS: WASHINGTON, GEORGE. Partly printed document signed ("G. Washington"), [Mount Vernon, Va., 1768]. 1 page, a small oblong, ticket number accomplished in ink . A MOUNTAIN ROAD LOTTERY TICKET The partly ticket, no.308, displays attractive decorative typographical ornaments at left and bottom edges. It entitled the purchaser to "whatever prize may be drawn against its Number in the Mountain Road lottery." -- LINCOLN, ABRAHAM. Autograph endorsement signed ("A.Lincoln"), [Washington, D.C.], ___________. 1 page, on an oblong card . The President frees a prisoner: "Let this boy take the oath of December 8 and be released. A. Lincoln." -- Clipped signatures (unless otherwise noted) of the following Presidents: John Adams Jefferson (as Sec. of State), Madison, Monroe, John Q. Adams (as Sec. of State), Jackson (as Maj. General), Van Buren (free frank), W.H. Harrison (as aide-de-camp, fine paraph), Tyler (ANS, 2 Nov. 1857, furnishing autograph), Polk, Taylor, Fillmore, Pierce, Buchanan, A. Johnson (on oblong card), Grant (on a card), Hayes (on Executive Mansion card), Garfield (on a card), Arthur (on Executive Mansion card), Cleveland (on White House card), B. Harrison (on a card), T.
