Zudem war er von 1851 bis 1867 Herausgeber der Zeitschrift "La Lumière". - Das Objektiv besitzt eine Brennweite von ca. 21 cm, eine Bauhöhe von 145 mm und eine Frontlinse von ca. 59 mm. Like his famous brother he worked on photography and stereoscopy, however, more business-like. He owned a photographic store, surely in the Paris Marais quarter, assuming the engraving. Moreover, he was the editor of "La Lumière" magazine from 1851 to 1867. - The lens has a focal length of approx. 210 mm, a height of approx. 145 mm and a front lens diameter of approx. 59 mm. Rack-and-pinion focusing is working properly. If the lens was produced by Lerebours, the former partner of his elder brother, is not known.
