Georgius equitum patronus , the inside of the back cover depicting St. Christopher in a storm tossed sailing ship with the inscription In tempestate securitas , the hinged cuvette inscribed Gondolo & Labouriau Rio de Janeiro , with a length of gold chain and a gold medallion depicting similar scenes to the pocketwatch, with maker's extract from the archives, case, dial and movement signed, case and movement numbered 49 mm. diam.
