A very fine and rare 18K gold chronograph wristwatch with two-tone silvered sector dial and pulsometer Signed Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve, retailed by Walser Wald, movement no. 862'020, case no. 617'145, ref. 130, manufactured in 1938 Cal. 13''' nickel-finished lever movement, 23 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator, the two-tone silvered sector dial with applied gold baton numerals to the inner black hard enamel chapter ring, gold feuille hands, outer scales calibrated for Arabic fifth of a second divisions and 30 pulsations, two subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 30 minutes register, in circular case with downturned lugs, two rectangular chronograph buttons in the band, 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, case and movement signed by maker, dial signed by maker and retailer 33 mm. diam.
