Cochon, BM 3:844 (25). Rare second French edition of this fundamental work in the history of surgery by the physician Paracelsus "the most original thinker in medical science in the 16th century." It was translated by Dariot, who added his own book on gout and a further book on pharmacy. There are some very interesting illustrations.
