Reverse of sheath probably from a horse hide with some hair remaining on hide; knife 11.5" long, sheath 11.25" long. Provenance:Deaccessioned From the Western Reserve Historical Society of Cleveland, Ohio. Condition:Knife very good; sheath fair to good, beadwork intact, leather exhibits wear and has been treated with an unknown preservative, intact on front, 3" split and minor holes on reverse.
