The Corps was founded by Empress Anna Ioannovna, and Emperors Nicholas I, Alexander II, and Nicholas II were its Supreme Leaders. A note pencilled in by Nicholas's librarian records that the book entered the collection on 25 February 1913, and gives the location as His Highness's bedroom. Fekula 2494 (this copy).
