[London: E. Owen, 1746]. 2°. Drop-head title. (Title and final leaf soiled.) ONE EDITION. 6 copies located in ESTC. -- Prince CHARLES EDWARD (1720-88). Protest. C.P. of W.R. of Gr. Br. &c. &c. No one is ignorant of the hereditary right .... [?Edinburgh: 1748]. Broadside, 2°, printed on one side. (Some repairs, lower corner torn through and strengthened on verso.) Bound with a 2-page explanatory typescript in morocco-backed boards (spine lacking). Provenance : W. McMillan (bookplate). Dated Paris, 16th July 1748, this translation from the French is a protest against the provison under the Treaty of Aix-la-Chapelle that France should no longer give asylum to Prince Charles. ONLY 4 COPIES LOCATED; and 19 other folio volumes, several with more than one tract, one volume containing four Reports on the Forfeited Estates in Scotland presented to the House of Commons (1714-25).
