The Meissen mark is not cancelled; the cover does not bear a Meissen mark; the tail ends on both birds have been restored and overpainted and one tail end is currently detached; there are losses to most of the various green leaf tips and the exposed edges have been painted green to be less evident; a few of the snowball blossom tips have been chipped, however, not of any real consequence; both birds appear to have some restoration, including one of the beaks, wing tips and possibly legs; the cover has some damage, including chips to the petals, leaf tips, rim edge and a shallow flake loss along the underside of the rim; not blacklighted
