(Occasional light soiling or spotting, top margins shaved, occasionally touching headline). Green calf gilt by Bayntun, Bath, gilt edges (spine lightly sunfaded, a few light scuff marks). Provenance : old manuscript inscription on title ('This should have been bound after the table in the beginning of this book').
