Late Victorian natural ruby five-stone ring with five cushion-shaped faceted mixed cut natural rubies with rose cut diamond accents to the claws, in carved gold setting on plain shank. Ring size K. Accompanied by a Ruby Report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating that the rubies are natural rubies with no evidence of heat treatment CONDITION REPORT Largest ruby approximately 6.6mm x 6.2mm x 2.9mm. Four other rubies approximately 5.8mm x 4.7mm x 2.5mm; 5.7mm x 4.8mm x 3.1mm; 5mm x 4.4mm x 2mm; 5mm x 4.3mm x 2.5mm. All stones of good clarity and well matched with an even distribution / saturation of colour. Not hallmarked but probably 18ct gold. Circa 1900. Total gross weight approximately 5.03 grams
