Lateinisches Gebetbuch (Fragment). Manuskript auf Pergament. Frankreich um 1400. 95 Bll. Blattgr. 15 : 11 cm, Schriftspiegel 11 : 7,5 cm. Gotische Buchschrift, geschrieben in brauner Tinte. 32 Zeilen, regliert. Mit 2 gr. farb. Initialen auf Goldgrund und sehr zahlr. (1 6-zeiligen) Fleuronnée-Initialen in Blau und Rot mit Randausläufern. Schwarzer Samteinband d. 19. Jhs. mit GGoldschnitt. Erstes und letztes Bl. sowie 2 weitere fleckig, die beiden Bll. mit der goldgeh. Initiale jew. bis zum Schriftspiegel beschnitten (Verlust des Randschmucks). Insgesamt gut erhaltenes Manuskript mit dekorativen Fleuronnée-Initialen. Latin prayer book (fragment). Manuscript on vellum. France, about 1400. Illustrated with 2 initials in colours on burnished gold grounds and numerous fine fleuronnée initials (1 6-line) in red and blue with borders. 95 leaves, sheet size 15 : 11 cm, text area 11 : 7, 5 cm. Gothic bookhand in brown ink. 32 lines. 19th cent. black velvet with gilt edges. - 4 ll. somewhat stained, the leaves with the 2 initials on gold trimmed up to the text area.
