Box 124 x 124 x 52 mm. Provenance Walter Gropius (1883-1969), Berlin and Boston (his inventory number A.38.3208/Gropius on a label attached to the base of the box). Reginald R. Isaacs (1911-1986), Chicago and Cambridge, Massachusetts, and his son, Henry Isaacs (b. 1951), Portland, Maine; a gift from the above. Acquired from Henry Isaacs by the present owner in 2003.
