It is the only means whereby I can try to convey the thanks due from every member of the MCC Team for all your abundant kindness to us in Calcutta ... We are all very sorry to be leaving Calcutta & sorrier still we probably shall not see you at Lagdan again ....' (punch-holed) -- Nayudu (C.K.): A two page typed letter, signed, dated Central India Cricket Association, Yeswant Club, Indore, February 5th, 1936, to Mr. Robertson, putting forward the Association's views on the selection of the Indian team to tour England (suggesting the choice of vice captain is between himself and the Yuvaraj of Patiala); and a collection of autograph material in one album.
