Title in Greek and Latin, dedication in Latin, table of contents and text in Greek, 54 lines and headline, Aldus device on title and verso of final leaf, with the blank K8. (Title and verso of final leaf lightly spotted and browned, just very few spots in text.) 19th-century russia gilt, arms of Newstead Abbey on covers, spine ruled and lettered in gilt (rebacked with most of old spine relaid), g.e. Provenance : NEWSTEAD ABBEY (arms on covers); occasional marginal annotations in Greek in ink. Second Aldine edition of this collection of Sophistic oratory.
