Extra engraved title, (64), 686; 950, (18) pp. Title in red and black with woodcut vignette (head title with tears and owners's stamp in margin). 1 fullpage engraved dedication, 12 fullpage engraved portraits (11 portraits of electors). 12 engraved titles (2 with smaller tears), 5 double page maps and plans (1 tear to centrefold, 1 tear to margins, some folded due to size), 1 double page engraved calendar, 21 engraved plates of which 3 double page (1 with tear, 2 with small tear to margin, 1 tear to arch of Noa, 1 with small marginal tear, some browning). Many of the engravings after J. J von Sandrart. Fine contemporary richly gilt decorated full calf, metal clasps and fittings, wide inner dentelles, beautifully marbled endpapers and inner doblures, richly gilt decorated spine in eight compartments, finely chiseled gilt edges (partly worn with rubbed corners, lacking one metal fitting, paper loss of first endpaper, inner doblures partly worn to edges). Text with some minor spotting and soiling, mostly marginal, partly with some minor tears. Blue owner's stamp H Sasse on endpapers, engraved title, title and to margins on some text leaves.
