He is seated with a blanket with a wide beaded strip over his lap, holding an eagle wing fan and wearing a presidential peace medal around his neck; each with Hamilton & Hoyt's Sioux City, Iowa paper label on verso. Plus an anonymous stereoview of Crow's Breast (aka Crow's Belly), Hidatsa, not identified, but perhaps by Dakota Territory photographer S.J. Morrow, ca 1872.
