Concerns the disposition of the funds from the sale of his father's Washington property and his father's Ohio residence; PLUS four different albumen cdv's from the Grant & Colfax campaign including 2 of uniformed Grant, one of seated Colfax and bust of both together in aluminum; PLUS a glass paperweight with bust relief portrait of Grant from the 1904 Worlds Fair; 3" diameter; PLUS a silhouette on glass with mirrored back portrait of Grant in uniform, with white highlights, oval; 6" x 8"; PLUS a General Grant & Lee brass military-type brass button with full figures shaking hands and surrounding inscription United We Stand Divided We Fall, marked on back "Pettibone & Co.;" .5" diameter; PLUS an 1872 campaign medal in bright finished pewter with bust portrait of Grant and surround inscription President U.S. Grant; reverse with central inscription Patient of Toil / Serene Amidst Alarms / Inflexible in Faith / Invincible in Arms with surround inscription Republican Candidate for President 1872 with red, white & blue silk pinback ribbon hanger; 1" diameter x 2.5" long; PLUS a black silk with silver lettering and illustration of train engine inscription Railroad Memorial General U.S. Grant; 2.25" x 5.25"; PLUS anonymous, G.A.R. Echo Music Co., 8vo, in illustrated paper wraps, 1905; PLUS a brass 1.5" G.A.R. medal with bust portrait of Grant with name on obverse and inscription 32 National Encampment G.A.R. Sept. 10, 1898 Cincinnati, O. on reverse; a second G.A.R. medal in aluminum with double bust portrait of B.F. Stephenson (G.A.R. Founder) and W.G. Versey (then G.A.R. President); reverse with standard G.A.R. medal symbol; AND wall plaque with cast bronze relief shoulder length portrait of Grant in uniform; mounted on a later (early 20th century) painted Masonite shield-shaped plaque; bronze is 6.75" wide x 7.75" high; plaque is 14" x 16".
