Comprising seven individual open face key wind watches including an early American made fusee movement. From top to bottom left to right they include: a pair case English fusee key wind pocket watch, with gilt full plate movement, engraved balance cock, round pillars and verge escapement signed I. Springall Norwich numbered 7,779 (for Isaac Spingall). With white dial, roman numerals and gilt hands. Both inner and outer cases silver, London date letter for 1835, 50 mm. Together with another similar English fusee key wind pocket watch, with gilt full plate movement, engraved balance cock, round pillars and verge escapement signed Tho. De Lasalle, London #8289, diameter of movement 48 mm. White dial with Arabic numerals, seconds and minutes and gilt hands. The inner case silver with indistinguishable marks and named to "P. Pitterson" the outer case unmarked but with old paper label for G.W. M'Donald, London. Together with a Breguet & Fils open face key wind verge pocket watch. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals marked Breguet & Fils, the frosted gilt hinged dust cover engraved Breguet & Fils and numbered 22110 and opening to reveal a fusee movement with verge escapement and gilt pierced balance cock, diameter of movement 50 mm. Additionally, a scarce early American watch movement set in a silver cased open face key wind pocket watch with white enamel dial and Roman numerals, opening to reveal a fusee movement with verge escapement, gilt pierced balance cock, marked E.F. Miller PROVIDENCE and numbered 4935. Both the silver inner and out cases hallmarked Birmingham England and date code for 1832. Diameter of movement 42 mm. Edward F. Miller is listed in the 1824 Providence R.I. directory of silversmiths. Together with a Thomas Hewitt of Chester silver cased open face pocket watch. White dial with roman numerals and sub seconds, swing out case numbered 301653 and dated 1898, missing crystal and cover hinge broken. Overall diameter 55mm. Additionally, a Continental key wind open face pocket watch with fusee movement and verge escapement, apparently unmarked, back of case repousséd with landscape. Overall diameter 53 mm. And a circa 1873 Elgin coin silver cased open face key wind pocket watch, 15 jewels, size 18, model 1, class 3, overall diameter 60 mm.
