Causse" and signed on a brass tag "Papillon, Par. J. Causse, Sculpt'r). The gridiron pendulum rests on a post raised in the figure's right hand and swings from an "X" suspension. The 4 in. porcelain dial is contained in a tub at the top of the pendulum and has a beveled crystal' round French brass spring driven time only movement signed "GLT, Paris, 8350" (A.R. Guilmet) and is in good working condition. case has a crack in the metal at the lower rim. 33.5 in. high x 8 in. wide x 12 in. deep. Weight: 15.25 lbs.
