"Making Out" portfolio. 1957 - 1980/printed 1980. 15 gelatin silver prints on Agfa paper. Each circa 38 x 38 cm (50,3 x 40,5 cm). Each signed, dated and editioned 15/75 by the photographer in ink in lower margin. All matted and in original green canvas clamshell case (traces of use, moisture stains, glue residue in lower left corner) with gilt-embossed title and with title page. "This portfolio is to be understood as a swinging pendulum in a compendium of states of the heart. I felt it appropriate that my first portfolio offering should bridge the gap of years that I have been photographing - to give continuity to my concerns and to pass them along to you" (Larry Fink from the title page).
