A translation of Isocrates Ad Nicoclem , previously published in 1533, apparently to supplement Elyot's famous treatise, The boke named the Governour . It is in an identical format, with the same titleborder. STC 14279 (records 7 copies, including the present). Of the first edition only 4 copies are known.
