DOM PERIGNON ROSÉ On offer here is surely one of the deepest collections of champagne with enormous potential: the '96 DP Rosé. 1996 is known to champagne lovers as one of the best vintages of the '90s and Dom Pérignon has been a classic wine for ages. Is this pristine offering they are married. Charles Curtis MW said it best when he tasted the wine, still a baby, in 2008: "A lovely cherry fruit, very fresh and forward, just now beginning to open on the nose. On the palate, the wine had full body, great balance, and marvelous length."
