Daum vase is decorated with cameo stems, leaves, and berries surrounding three-fourths of the bulbous body. The cameo decoration is enameled in shades of red with gilt highlights. A cameo butterfly adorns the neck of the vase and is also enameled in red. All set against an acid-textured opalescent background. The surface of the vase has a light iridescence. Signed on the underside "DAUM NANCY" with the Cross of Lorraine. There is a small acid burn on the lip from the making. Otherwise very good to excellent. Item Dimensions: 6" x 3 - 1/4" x 3 - 1/4".
