The prints are so like the originals the only sure way to distinguish one from the other was that the paint on the originals made the surface uneven. With 105 lithographs after gouaches by Salvador Dáli. Impressive original leather bindings with floral spine gildung and Moiré silk endpapers in original Moiré silk slipcase. (Only minimally rubbed, 2 vols. at the back slightly chafed at the edges). - 1 of 199 numbered copies of the Editionis 'Magni Luxus' with the stamped & numbered gold casting of the artist's hand with leather case. - Broad margined print on strong handmade paper. - The bible which contains 105 lithographs is the most extensive suite ever published by the artistic work of Dali. - The gouaches were executed between 1963 and 1964. - Impressive edition with full sized lithographs.
