Oct. 31" c.d.s. on 1856 buff cover to Hungary, black "N.York Am. Pkt. 23 Nov 8" exchange h.s., ms. "p. first steamer via Liverpool" and ms. "through Austria", ms. "38" due mark, while the sender attempted to send this via British Mail (U.S. 5c "shore to ship" rate), it was carried by the Collins Line's packet Atlantic , Aachen and Hungarian backstamps, apparently sent by Prussian Closed Mail-as such the proper rate would have been 30c, fine, always an extraordinarily rare destination, a unique 1851 Issue usage to Hungary, worthy of the very finest collection photo
