Pkt. 21 MAY 12 marking and Ringwood MY 26 1860 arrival d.s., backstamped St. John's Newfoundland MY 5 1860 and London MY 26 60; at the time of the Dale-Lichtenstein sales, this cover received an R.P.S. Certificate stating "unable to certify this bisect which may be genuine. An extra stamp seems to have been removed". An extra 1p stamp has been added to the folded cover to illustrate how it might have originally appeared. Offered "as is"
