cover 1787-1940, an attractively written-up and annotated collection of E.L., E., XU5 or cards (125) and fronts (12), the entires with strikes including Dublin Bishop Marks, townstamps with 1787 "CORK", 1828 "BALLYCLARE", mileage with 1807 "FERMOY/108", 1824 "PARSONSTOWN/68", 1826 "HILLSBORO/70", 1840 Mulready 1d. (2) both to Ireland, 1840 1d.(2) and 1841 1d. (3) used on separate entires with Maltese Cross cancellations, 1842 red Parsonstown "Pd. 1d.", 1847 and 1848 E.L. with "P.D/C RAINE" in different shades of blue, later strikes include Spoons with Belfast (3), Derry, Drogheda (2), fine range of numeral and duplex cancellations with scarcer types, later with maritime, etc., fair to fine. An interesting lot. Also a copy of the bound and boxed "Countess Peel" Collection of Postal History by Feldman.
