The entry into Aix on 5 March 1701 of two grandsons of Louis XIV, Louis of France, Duke of Burgundy, and Charles, Duke of Berry, on their way to attend the coronation of their brother as Philip V of Spain. The etchings are very fine representations of the arches erected for their visit. Brunet points out the "recherche curieuse" on the troubadours and customs in Provence.
