i) King Charles II, letter signed, at the head, to Judge Samuell Barrowe, setting up a court martial to investigate reported misdemeanours of two officers of the Coldstream Regment, countersigned at the foot by Lord Arlington, 1 page, folio, Whitehall, 25 November 1672, stained at folds, some holes repaired with see through adhesive tape
ii) George Monck, 1st Duke of Albermarle, document signed, also signed by Anthony Ashley Cooper, 1st Baron Ashley and one other, authorising Sir Robert Long, auditor of the exchequer, to pay Thomas Bagly his annuity of £19 9s., 1 page, folio, Whitehall, 13 April 1668, foxing, toning
