Edinburgh: John Grant 1926. 2 volumes, 8vo (250 x 160 mm). 313 color-printed plates on 180 sheets, including 3 maps (1 folding). Publisher's original red cloth, elaborately blocked in gilt and black on the upper covers and spines, t.e.g. others uncut. Condition : corners a bit bumped. A lovely set of the John Grant edition of Catlin's Letter & Notes, in its original decorative binding generally found in poor condition. Howes C241; Wagner-Camp 84.
