Rogers]. Loyante m'oblige. Historical Record of the Eighty-First Regiment, or Loyal Lincoln Volunteers, Gibralter: Regimental Press, 1872, two hand-coloured and one tinted lithograph floats, tipped-in before title, contemporary diced maroon morocco, heavily rubbed and scuffed, plus Trimen (Richard). An Historical Memoir of the 35th Royal Sussex regiment of Foot, 1st edition, Southampton: Southampton Times Newspaper and Printing Company, 1873, six coloured lithograph plates, tissue-guard to each, modern maroon half morocco gilt, authors presentation copy, inscribed to front endpaper 'John Middleton from R.
