A RARE COLLECTION OF 67 ISSUES IN THEIR ORIGINAL WRAPPERS running from the first complete series of 1926 to 1930 and with other issues until 1948. The volumes include articles on Picasso, Braque, Léger, Miro, Matisse, Giacometti and others as well as numerous studies on modern architecture. Christian Zervos (1889-1970), the founder of Cahiers d'Art , was a French art collector and writer but he is better known as a publisher of books than as an art critic in his own right.
